These terms apply to our website design, building and management services. They do not cover travel services.2. Agreeing your project
An enquiry is not an order. We will provide a written quote describing the work, total price including any applicable tax, payment schedule, estimated timing and included revisions. We will confirm acceptance of your booking in writing. Read these terms alongside your accepted quote; changes must be agreed in writing and cannot remove your statutory rights.3. Payment
For standard paid projects, a 50% deposit is payable when we confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due after you approve the completed work and before launch or handover, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We provide payment instructions separately; this website does not currently accept online payments.Any hosting, domain, platform, licensed asset or ongoing management charges will be explained before you commit. We will obtain your agreement before carrying out chargeable extras.4. Promotional arrangements
Selected promotional projects may be offered on individually agreed terms. Any discount, included services, duration and conditions will be confirmed in writing before work begins. These arrangements are subject to our assessment and availability.5. Content, changes and delivery
You must have permission to use materials you supply and are responsible for checking their accuracy. Please provide content, feedback and approvals within the agreed schedule. We will discuss any timeline changes caused by delays or additional requests.We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill. Your quote will state the revisions included. Extra features or substantial changes require a separately agreed price and schedule.6. Consumer cancellation rights
If you book our services remotely as a consumer, you normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. A consumer is someone acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.To cancel, email [email protected] with a clear statement of your decision. Send your cancellation before the period expires.We will not start during that period unless you expressly request it. Where you request an early start and receive the required cancellation information, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services supplied before you cancel. You lose the right to cancel once the service is fully performed only if you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that consequence. Otherwise, your applicable cancellation rights remain.For a valid statutory cancellation, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. Any lawful proportionate charge for an early start will be explained.7. Other cancellations and service problems
Outside applicable statutory cancellation rights, you can still contact us to cancel. We may charge for work completed and unavoidable approved costs, taking account of costs saved and our ability to reduce losses. We will explain the calculation, avoid double charging and refund advance payments above the amount properly due. The deposit is not automatically non-refundable.If we cancel, we will refund payments for services not supplied. If you believe our work is faulty or does not match the agreement, contact us so we can put matters right. Your legal rights, including applicable rights to repeat performance or a price reduction, are unaffected.8. Ownership, launch and support
Your quote will explain the ownership or licence rights you receive, when they take effect and what files and account access are included. You retain ownership of materials you supply. Third-party platforms, fonts, templates and images remain subject to their owners’ licences.We will agree how you review and approve the work before launch. Maintenance, backups, updates and renewals are included only if stated in your quote. Any ongoing arrangement will specify its scope, price, duration and cancellation terms. Free or discounted management does not automatically continue indefinitely or turn into a paid service without an agreed basis.9. Complaints and legal rights

We do not guarantee particular sales, visitor numbers or search rankings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory rights. English and Welsh law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections or your right to use courts available under applicable law.
